For property agencies, resorts and residences
Run the whole operation. Show every part of it.
Meskora runs requests, jobs, housekeeping and money for the people who manage property — and gives owners, residents and guests their own view, in their own language.
Every job leaves photo evidence: what was wrong, who attended, what it looks like now.
Every figure keeps the currency it was agreed in. A cross-currency payment records the rate you actually used — dated and attributed — and never an invented total.

Each currency subtotalled separately — never added together into a total nobody agreed.
Who opens it
Four people, one operation.
Each of them sees the part that is theirs, in their own language. Nobody is asked to read somebody else’s screen.
The desk takes requests, turns them into jobs and sees what is stuck. The field sees today’s work on a phone, logs time and photographs what they did.
- Requests, jobs and a board the desk can actually work from
- Housekeeping turns and inspections with checklists
- Keys, access codes and the properties they belong to
- A phone app that survives a basement and syncs after

A portal in their own language showing their property: the jobs done, the money in and out, the documents you have shared with them, and the monthly pack.
- Per-currency statements with nothing added together
- Repairs raised on their property, with the photos
- Documents you chose to share — nothing by default
- The monthly pack as a PDF and on screen

Somewhere to report a problem that is not a WhatsApp message you have to remember. They see it received, in progress and done — and a guest can ask for the things a front desk gets asked for.
- Report a repair with a photo
- Follow it without chasing anybody
- Their tenancy documents and house rules
- Extras — transfers, late checkout, the spa — requested and billed

The same desk, running a different shape of building: turns against arrivals, a plant room with a service history, and housekeeping that has to finish before check-in.
- A turn board that reads against today’s arrivals
- Preventive maintenance on the plant, with certificates
- Housekeeping rates, checklists and who did what
- Extras sold to guests and billed to the stay

What it does
The four things you are actually being paid for.
Not a module list. These are the claims the product has to keep, and every screenshot on this site is a real one taken from the running demo.
The monthly pack does the explaining
One document per owner, per month: what was collected, what was spent, what is outstanding — each currency in its own section, subtotalled separately and never added together. It goes out in the owner’s language.
Every figure keeps its own currency
Money keeps the currency it was agreed in. A cross-currency payment records the rate you actually used, dated and attributed. Combined figures appear only where they are labelled as indicative — never on an invoice line.
GBP£650.00lease, collectedEUR€140.00chargeTRY₺1,850.00chargeThree currencies from the demo estate, subtotalled side by side. There is no fourth column and no total — the demo does not trade in dollars, and adding these three together would produce a figure nobody agreed to. Every job leaves proof
A request becomes a job, gets assigned, and gets done with before-and-after photos from the technician’s phone. That evidence is what somebody who is not standing in the building is paying you for.
Multilingual, not a translated afterthought
Your staff work in the language of your office. Your owners read in theirs. Both are the product — the screens, the notifications and the documents — not a setting somebody bolted on afterwards.
