What the product actually does, shown doing it.

Every screenshot on this page is a real one, taken from the running demo estate by a script — not a mockup, and not a screen we arranged for the photograph.

How one request travels

One report becomes a line on an owner’s statement.

The part no single screen can show: how a resident’s photo in the morning becomes an owner’s evidence — and a charge in the right currency — by the afternoon.

  1. Resident or guest

    Reported

A resident photographs the problem from their phone. No thread to remember, no call to chase.

    Open

  2. The desk

    Assigned

It lands on the board as a job, assigned to whoever attends — visible as received, not lost.

    In progress

  3. The field

    Done, with proof

The technician closes it with before-and-after photos, from the same phone that showed them the work.

    Done

  4. The owner, abroad

    On the statement

The owner sees the job, the photos and the charge — in their language, in the currency it was agreed in.

The desk that runs the day

Requests arrive from residents, guests and the office, become jobs, get assigned, and sit on a board that shows what is stuck rather than what is merely open.

  • A board with open, in progress, on hold and done — and a count on each
  • Housekeeping turns and inspections with their own checklists
  • Preventive maintenance on plant, with the certificates attached
  • A phone app for the field that survives a basement and syncs after

Money that keeps its own currency

Every figure stays in the currency it was agreed in. A cross-currency payment records the rate you actually used, dated and attributed, and combined totals appear only where they are labelled indicative — never on an invoice line.

  • Per-currency sections, subtotalled separately and never added together
  • The monthly pack as a document, in the reader’s own language
  • Charges, collections and what is still outstanding, line by line
  • Every line in the language it was written in

The owner’s own view

An owner opens the portal and sees their money and their evidence first: statements, the approvals waiting on them, and the documents you chose to share.

  • Statements first, because that is what they came for
  • Approvals they can grant or decline, with the quote attached
  • Documents shared deliberately — nothing by default
  • Repairs raised on their property, with the photographs

Residents and guests, without the WhatsApp thread

Somewhere to report a problem that is not a message you have to remember, and a way to follow it without chasing anybody.

  • Report a repair with a photo, from a phone
  • Received, in progress, done — visible without asking
  • Tenancy documents and house rules in one place
  • Extras a guest would ask a front desk for, requested and billed
